Aloha,
I found this on a Pro Tools tips website. You know the Shift + Option + 3 for consolidating regions, if you also press Command it will put a 1kHz -20db test tone to your region. Handy for testing levels and making 3 beeps for Post Production work.

There are so many shortcuts inside protools that its hard to keep up. I always found this one for making a new playlist to be awesome Ctrl+\ will make a New Playlist, Apple+Ctrl+\ is Duplicate. Also to make your cue sends follow your fader volumes for a quick cue set up is (Select the tracks, press Command-Option-H.) But! It only works in HD Mad
